    Mission

Tiny Tots Development Center Mission & Vision

Within one of the most diverse zip codes in the US our mission is to provide
stimulating and enriching programs to at-risk, low-income, culturally diverse
children 1 month-12 years old. We prepare the children we serve for
kindergarten and beyond, through curriculum, activities and community
partnerships. We encourage the engagement of Families in their child’s learning.
Parental involvement in a child’s education is one of the biggest predictors of a
child’s success. We respect and celebrate the cultural diversity of our population
including the families we serve and our staff.
We do this by providing a high-quality early childhood learning education
preschool program with comprehensive health and family support services that
promote the physical, cognitive, social, emotional, cultural and linguistic
    development of children
We strive to use cultural sensitivity in all our family and community
interactions by providing a culturally sensitive menu as well as training our staff in
    building a multi-cultural community.
We are here to support parents and guardians as well. Aiding wherever we
can in their role as primary caregiver/educators, in meeting family goals and
achieving success. Including support in education, employment, health, and basic
    needs
We foster community growth as well. Providing leadership and facilitating
community partnerships and collaborations that support the success of children and
    families
